I was fortunate enough to find the build sheet for the car under the driver side of the lower rear seat cushion. It was crimped to the springs before the burlap was laid down and the rest of the cushion assembled.
The build sheet contained the originating dealership, H&H Chevrolet out of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. I was surprised to find out that they were still in business. Even more astounding was that they still had the original bill of sale and were willing to send me a copy of it!
From the trim tag information, the car was originally Green Mist with a green vinyl top. It had the lower rocker trim as well as the upper fender trim. The interior was dark green and configured with bucket seats with floor shift and center console.
